Sunny Bijou Studio

Fantastic hosts – they made sure we were well informed with guides and information on the area. Further they were very accommodating with an early check in and made us feel very welcome.Apartment is a good location and is well stocked with everything you need.

Het is een fantastisch verblijf. Overal is aan gedacht: gedeelde opbergruimte ski’s (om het appartement schoon te houden van sneeuw en ijs), een wateropvangbak bij de ingang van je appartement voor sneeuwschoenen, kapstok met kledinghangers voor winterjassen, een kwalitatief bed. Als je rekening houdt met de loopafstand naar het treinstation/winkels en de oppervlakte is uitsluitend geschikt voor maximaal 2 personen, is het echt een aanrader.

The sunny bijou studio was the PERFECT spot to stay while visiting Wengen. They were great, responsive hosts who truly care about your stay!! The place had everything we needed without a single piece of extra clutter. You walk up a beautiful hill to the airbnb, the views are unbeatable. If you are visiting Wengen in any season, this is the perfect place for two to stay 🙂

Very cozy stay. Kitchen very well equiped with all kind of condiments for our simple cooking. Shower and toilet is separated and they provide hair dryer. The chalet is located at a very scenic location, but the only challenge is the steep hill that you need to drag your luggage up on your first day of arrival, but they do have taxi service provided. About 10min-15min walking distance from train station and Coop, depending on your speed. Thank you for the complimentary coffee, beer and chocolate. We really like the peaceful environment and enjoy sitting outside the front yard for the view. We definitely will consider coming back to stay here.

Great place to stay in wengen.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The studio was compact but well-designed and uncluttered and had everything we needed. Comfy, large bed, sparkling-clean bathroom, and kitchenette full of thoughtful touches like spices, a selection of teas, and coffee pods (a lifesaver for us, coffee addicts 😁).Annette and Luke are the kind of hosts who make you feel welcome from the very first message. Their kindness really stood out: not only were they quick to respond to any question, but they were happy to give us fresh towels mid-stay and even lent my boyfriend their own hiking poles so we could make the most of the trails.And Wengen — just wow. It’s the perfect base for hiking, with endless routes to choose from and stunning mountain scenery in every direction, and in September it felt peaceful and uncrowded.We’re so grateful for such a wonderful stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

Annette and Luke were by far the most attentive and friendly hosts we’ve had! Their place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics for cooking, everything was spotless, and they were always available if we needed anything! We loved our time there, highly recommend staying in one of Annette and Luke’s rentals, you won’t regret it!

I had a great stay at Annette and Luke’s ‘Sunny’ unit. The hosts provided plenty of useful information and were very communicative! I would recommend this unit for anyone planning on visiting Wengen!
