The Airbnb was a wonderful stay! Annette and Luke were great hosts who provided a lot of detailed information and instructions, responded very quickly, and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in time. The views there were incredible and very convenient to the Wengen Train Station. Our first trek to the Airbnb with our luggage was a bit tough up the steep hill, but nothing terrible! I would definitely want to come back and stay in this cosy Airbnb again!

This was the perfect base for our 7 day hiking adventure in the Bernese Oberland! The apartment has everything you need and the area is peaceful and beautiful. Annette and Luke are wonderful, responsive hosts and get back within minutes if you have any questions. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

This is a cosy studio which has everything you need whilst staying in Wengen. This is a gorgeous village and the studio is well presented and has a compact kitchen which allows you to make up simple meals. Annette and Luke were very responsive and helpful hosts. Thank you I loved my stay in Wengen!

This was such a cozy spot in an incredible village in the Alps. Wengen is the perfect location to hub out for all of the activities and this place has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We certainly appreciated all of the little touches that Annette did to make our stay special. They were also very helpful when the weather wasn’t cooperating with our travel schedule and helped us make decisions. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and tidy and comfortable. Great directions and a little early check in was nice. We loved Wengen and proximity to train. A little trek up the hill after a long day but better than lots of locations in Wengen. Very quiet, peaceful place. Washing machine was small but did the job for a few essentials Hope to get back to Switzerland some day and this will certainly be on the list of places to revisit.

Other than the place being a climb from the train station, it has everything you need and the hosts are very communicative and clear with all of their instructions. It is in a quiet and charming location and is not too far of a commute from other towns in the Berner oberland region. Overall, had a lovely experience staying here.

Host: Annette has been super responsive and friendly from the start. We had some issues getting a taxi from the station when we arrived and she instantly helped us to get one. Instructions to the unit is very clear.

Unit: the unit is very spacious and clean and the kitchen is very well equipped.

WENGEN: it’s a tranquil place to stay and get fit with the uphill walk which is totally doable 😊

Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The walk to the bnb is a bit steep so we had a little adventure with our carryons as we walked from the train station. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, ideal for a quick getaway from the city life!
The hosts are warm and welcoming. We would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay in Wengen during the summer (end of June)! I would absolutely recommend Wengen to anyone staying in the Jungfrau region as it is accessible to all you might want to do but slightly away from the tourist spots. Annette’s place was great for us and what we wanted to do/see with easy access to the train and hiking trails. The only comment about the location I might add is to be prepared for the uphill walk to the apartment after a long day of hiking or when first bringing bags in! All in all, I would recommend this listing and was very pleased with the listing’s location, cleanliness, amenities, and host’s friendliness and communication throughout. 5/5 stars!

Annette's place was wonderful and just what we needed for the night. Wengen is wonderful and the location was convenient to the train station and "downtown" restaurants. They were very responsive and helpful. It is a short walk with some climbs to the destination but that was not a problem at all!

Annette is very kind & responsive host. She allowed us to place our luggages prior check in time. En route view to the studio is magnificent. However, you have to walk uphill to the studio but the view will take your breath away & soon you will forget how tired you are. Just take a few stop & admire the view of Wengen.

I have no words to describe the amazing time I had in Wengen, and Annette's property was a big part of it. It was the perfect cozy place to relax after a long day exploring the Alps. The apartment was very clean, and they had great appliances if you wanted to cook dinner or breakfast. The hosts responded really quickly, and after you book your stay, they provide not only all the information about your accommodation but also about the region, so you know how to get around and what to do without much research.

Wengen itself is a show apart; wherever you look, you get a "wow" view. No photos can precisely describe the beauty of that place. The trains at Wengen station are very frequent, so you can get to Lauterbrunnen or Interlaken as many times as you want. But if you prefer to stay only in Wengen, they have everything you need right there—restaurants, supermarkets, local shops, etc.

A wonderfully peaceful retreat at the edge of Wengen. Exactly as described. So many little things that they thought of made us feel right at home. Little things like a chocolate bar to welcome you, basic cooking supplies, cards to entertain you at night, and a very clean living space. They always responded to questions within minutes, even when they were about things like “how can I watch local tv?”! I would highly recommend.

Annette and Luke’s place was perfect for our trip to Wengen. They were incredible hosts—very communicative and even allowed us the opportunity to check-in early. It exactly matched the description and was a peaceful abode easily walkable from the train station (even with our suitcases) up the little hill. The views just outside are stunning, I highly recommend staying here!

4. A mistake：the description of hot water tank on introduction page is not same as on green paper profile which is on the
dinning table，the former one said can contains more than enough hot water for 4 people to shower，but the latter one said it only caontains for 2 people to shower. It would be better if this mistake is corrected.

Loved this place! It was very beautiful and well kept, with a gorgeous garden and mountain view. Annette and Luke were very attentive hosts and were prepared to do everything they could to make our stay wonderful. The only difficult part for us was that this place is about a ten-minute (ish) walk uphill from the town, which was fine for me but my mother struggled a lot to walk up and down every day. I would stay here again with my husband as I loved the walk, but anyone with physical limitations might struggle.

Annette and Luke are excellent hosts who clearly care about their guests. Very responsive to any questions I had, the studio is in a beautiful location and had everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. We really appreciate the coffee, beer and snacks, we had a wonderful time and recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in Wengen.
